New Member / Renewal Application

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW MEMBER APPLICATION / RENEWAL

1. Fill out all information on the application form (click here). 

2. Use your browser's print function to generate a printed copy.

3. Sign and send a copy of the application with your check (payable to WPCUG) for $50 via US Postal Mail to
